Crossing Artola's dunes | The sixth stage of Eurovelo 8 travels 31 km joining two of the great tourist capitals of the Costa del Sol: Marbella and Fuengirola. During this stage, as in the previous ones, sections coinciding with the A7 and enabled sections of the coastal path are traveled. Approximately midway, at the height of the beaches of Cabopino, the impressive stretch of wooden catwalks raised on the natural monument of the Dunas of Artola is crossed, a protected natural place dreamed of imposing mobile dunes. Finishing the stage, at the entrance of Fuengirola, you can see the Castle of Sohail, former Muslim Alcazaba.
