Description of Vías Verdes
A soft walk to the sea. The natural road via Verde del Carrilet II crosses the regions of Gironès and Baix Empordà, descending gently where the narrow track will circulate, popularly known as the “feliuet”, which Gerona joined with Sant Feliu de Guíxols until his closure in the late sixties. The route, with a length of 40.9 km, begins in Gerona at an altitude of 70 m, rises slightly up to 130 m of Cassà la Jungle and continues until reaching the Mediterranean Sea.
