The section La Pinilla-Mazarrón, of the unfinished Railroad Cartagena-Águilas, descends and borders the foothills of the Sierra del Algarrobo, until reaching the bright colors of the Mining Hill of San Cristóbal, in the vicinity of Mazarrón.
